Cupcake Trailer Rentals & Bookings

Private Event rentals

Rental fee of $100 will cover mileage, operational, and staffing costs. If your rental is outside a 15 mile radius of my kitchen location, a $1 per mile fee will be added to your final invoice.
Private bookings will require a minimum order of $250 worth of product. This can include any combination of cookies, brownies, dipped pretzels, and cupcakes. Mini cupcakes are not available in trailer rentals.
Trailer rentals are for 3 hours. If the rental time goes over that, there will be a $50/hour fee added to your final invoice.

Public Event Bookings

If you are interested in booking the Peney Cakes Cupcake Trailer at your next public event, please email us at peney.cakes@gmail.com to check availability and discuss policies.
No minimum order is required for public booking if sales of product are allowed.
